Otto Siegel
Topics: Diversity, Leadership, Personal Development Do you think of yourself as a genius? You’ll answer “yes” to that question after hearing Otto Siegel’s eye-opening talk. “Everyone has genius potential, but most of us never experience this awesome inherent power because we’ve been “degeniusized” – taught things that keep us from reaching our personal best,” says Siegel, who wrote Yes, You Are a Genius – Whether You Know it or Not with Susanna Lange. You’ll learn how the 7 myths of success and the 4 biggest saboteurs of team success can hold you back, and how to eliminate them to become a winner – both in business and life – and reach your full potential. Otto uses his background as a Master Certified Coach, Educational Consultant and Educator to shed light on one of the biggest mysteries of life: why people don’t have the success they desire. He has spoken to a wide range of audiences, from corporations like Oracle, IBM and McKesson Health to local and national associations and parenting groups. In just one hour, he dispels the myths you’ve been taught that hold you back and shows how to tap into your genius potential to reach a new level of performance. Leaders learn how to build high-performance teams and bypass common misconceptions about intelligence, capabilities, team building, diversity and success. Once these myths are dispelled, you’ll see a quantum leap in team and employee performance. Everyone leaves Otto’s breakthrough talk with a new awareness of their capabilities, better ability to connect with other team players, renewed excitement for their job, profession or career, and increased self-confidence. Most important: they know how to activate their genius potential to reach new levels of success. Like many others, you’ll say, “Why didn’t anyone tell me this before? Later on it teaches us industry standards and best practices in the field of our career choice. What our educational system doesn’t teach us is how to identify and maximize our unique capabilities. These are the capabilities that make each person exceptional and even genius in their unique way. They are the foundation for self-confidence, excellence and effective team collaboration. In his presentation, Otto will show his audience how to tap into this genius power and how to maximize these unique talents in a team setting. He will unravel common misperceptions about performance that slow down excellence. And finally, Otto will provide 3 simple tools that will help participants live more of their unique genius immediately. • Leading a Talent-Driven Company Culture Highly successful teams know how to recognize and build on each other’s strengths, rather than focusing on fixing weaknesses. In this highly interactive keynote presentation, Otto inspires leaders to build teams that perform in the zone of their exceptional talents and strengths. But better still, he leads every participant through an unforgettable experience of their own talents and strengths which enables them to discover new capabilities they never saw in themselves before.
